They give you a quote for services without any documentation of what they are doing or any explanation for the price. A simple maintenance and adding sealant to the tires should not cost $725.00. It is outrageous. So disappointed in the new management over there. Bertha was great and always had an invoice prepared with the work detailed and accurate pricing. The technicians do there job but the service manager tries to overcharge on everything. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I also understand that routine maintenance at an authorized dealer isn't going to be cheap. But you want the service done right, so you go to the authorized dealer. I bought my ATV at the Polaris dealership 70 miles north of Uvalde in Rocksprings last summer. I bought it there because no one (including Ag Equipment) could match their price. When it came time for the first oil change, I was near the town of Kerrville, so I called the ATV dealer there. They wanted $350; for an oil change! I quickly called the dealership in Rocksprings and the mechanic there told me they only charged $100. So that's where I went. So now it's time for the next oil change, and I'm thinking that since I live in Uvalde, I'll try the Polaris dealer here in town. That would be Ag Equipment. I called them up and the lady said to bring it on in. I dropped it off and came back later in the day to retrieve it. Everyone in the place was really friendly and professional. I was completely satisfied with their work. But here's my problem. $150 for an oil change? $75 of that was for the 1 hour labor. And while I'm waiting to pay out, the guy in front of me is complaining about what he was charged for whatever they did for him. I didn't complain. I just wrote the check and left with my bike. But I will say that the next time I need my ATV serviced, I'm going to make the 70 mile drive north to Rocksprings to get it done. I'm giving them 3 stars because the work they did was satisfactory. I subtracted 2 stars off the top for what I thought was gouging.
