DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME at this Rent A Center! The store manager, Crystal is RUDE & does not know how to talk to people. Do not work with her. I didn't receive my connections for the washer & dryer I had rented. I was told I would get a call the next day, she called me at 7 pm 3 days later leaving a voicemail following up on my survey. -The only reason she followed up. I went in the next day and told her that I didn't receive those connections. Tells me she called so her driver could take the connections to me, then says, "does your phone not work or what?". I then said, "yes it does, I just decided not to call back". So at this point she knows exactly who I am. So I came only to pick up the connections & be on my way. I didn't bring anything with me but my car keys. I didn't think I would need my ID, but she asks to see it because now she says she doesn't know who I am. Minutes ago we were just talking about her delivery driver taking the connections to my house. I tell her I don't have my ID & she makes things difficult and insists I have to show it. I just created this account within a week. They had just printed my ID. All my information was there. But she kept insisting that she didn't know who I was and kept speaking over me. She decided to make things difficult so I told her you know what just go pick up your washer & dryer. I just moved and this washer & dryer were very much needed. I wasn't able to wash for 3 days already, now I was told I couldn't get MY connections?! Stupid. All just time wasted. Very unprofessional. Crystal shouldn't be talking to customers like that. They are losing money with her NASTY ATTITUDE. Don't come here. read more

Very deceptive business practices . I had to file a complaint. Excessive late fees that accumulated daily . It was my last payment on a Washer and Dryer I purchased , and suddenly high late fees were added on for each day. I was 7 days late. I filed a complaint with the state to look into this matter. Be cautious if you purchase. But would not recommend. read more

Would you guys like to hear something so funny , I had bought a refrigerator from this place in payments just so that it can break down and sit for 6 months waiting for Renta -A- Center to fix it , but get this they did offer me loaner god blessed there sweet and gracious little hearts but I am paying out of my pockets but it gets better when I missed one payment they were so quick to come and pick up there refrigerator but completely disregarding the fact that our refrigerator has been sitting for 6 months no repair company has come out to take a look at the fridge and it's under warranty it's basically like f**k Jorje Parsad and his refrigerator cause we're to busy to do anything about it read more

I have rented/bought on two different occasions and both times were pleasant. Other than all the bird feces on the ground out by the doors. My experience with the manager Crystal was on point, she helped us find the right comfort of mattress and the service of delivery was quick. read more
