The attached the bed frames to two headboards that I already had, put bed skirts on, and took 5 twin mattresses up spiral stairs - all with a smile and a good attitude. The mattresses are super comfortable, all family members gave a good review. I was referred to Factory Direct by my realtor, who also manages many rental properties along 30A. He told me the mattresses are a great quality and good mattress reviews are important for rental homes. I definitely agree and since I'm a picky sleeper and need a good mattress, we shouldn't get any negative reviews with these mattresses.

Actually the only time I bothered anyone was to ask the price of a wall clock. I was told "The girl who does the pricing isn't here". Ummmm ok. I didn't find a sale or clearance section. They're prices are competitive to Pottery Barn. I ended up purchasing a $5.++ car air freshener. I was asked for my license and address for the invoice. I almost laughed. I'm not sure if handwritten invoices, complete with you're ID and address are for everything or just because I paid with my Visa. I didn't even ask, I just wanted to leave. Overall an interesting place to browse, shop or kill time. But please don't bother them past 5 on Saturday.

See, it's actually pretty simple - I couldn't remember how long the timeframe for delivery was on my furniture I ordered. My wife and I ordered a $740 ottoman. (That's not a NORMAL price for an simple otttoman - but that's what my wife wanted - so I spent far more money than I wanted to for her - to get her what she wanted.) My wife asked me a question because we weren't sure when to expect the item. I'm sure their customer service people don't care about their customers asking a completely innocent question about timeframe. Theresa's response: "The ottoman was a special order item and states on the bottom of your receipt that it is a 6-8 business week lead-time." WOW! Now I'm sure Barry - the sales person who worked so hard to find what we wanted - will be happy to hear of Customer Services completely inappropriate response to a customer. I will share this review on ALL AVAILABLE websites because that will be great for Lindsey's as well. I'm pretty sure they'll make sure that Theresa Bennett (or Theresa Gwyn as she signs her email) will keep her job.
