At first the employee and manager where very friendly and understanding. I had asked about renting a washer & dryer set. At first they showed me used ones and I had wanted new ones, no problem. Dring the closing process the manager ad offeref me loss damage coverage. I had asked if it was necessary and she said yes. So I was able to get my new washer & dryer. 2 weeks later I signed up for an account on their website so I ws able to pay online. When I ws looking for the lease number I saw on thwe contract that my washer & were used and the loss damage fee said opitional. I DO NOT recommend this location to do business with.
