Sooo... LET ME TELL YOU DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.... Let me start by saying this, I put a online app in through the internet for a simple washer, and dryer. Not exactly a crazy order to say the least.. with a baby one the way my wife, and I where actually pretty excited to receive it as it mentioned same day delivery! So the next morning comes. I was cooking lunch when I realized I had missed a call from them. I proceeded to call them back. A nice gentlemen answered the phone assuring me a manager would call me in just one hours time! Perfect noooo problem! Fast forward. 3 hours went by at this point with no return in phone call. Which again wasn't a big deal just wanted to check in. So I have the store a call again. This time this guy answered with "hello" and didn't announce himself nor where I was calling ‍ weird. So I proceeded to tell him my information. He quickly got rude with me, saying that I did not order from them, and if I had the right store. I told him yes that they had called... he then all of a sudden remembers me..... and mentions that the manager had already tried to call me, and that my voicemail was full, that I should "clear my voicemail" with a extremely negative condescending tone. I then stated that he was being rude, he replied with "no I'm not you just need to answer your phone" I replied telling him that it's not my job to answer the phone.. that it's theirs to provide great customer experience... he then proceeded to laugh.. as if it was a joke. At this point my blood was boiling lol I lost my cool and told him he was being a dick. I could have said a lot more TRUST ME was even tempted to drive to the store lol. I then asked for his name he replied with "I said it at the beginning of the conversation you figure it out" lol like what??? Sorry your paid minimum wage my friend ‍ not my fault you hate your job..: MORAL of the story... don't waste your time here... they treat the customers like garbage the Marysville location on the other hand has been extremely helpful, and also mentioned that they hear the same things as I described from that location. read more

First- this is a rent to own company. After a certain time frame they charge leasing and interest fees. People keep complaining and say they are being scammed but it's all told to you when you purchase something. They offer low payments for items people wouldn't normally be able to own. The longer you take to pay off the more you pay. Simple enough. Went in with my mom to purchase a living room set and they had a few options in store. Spoke with two sale reps, Vic and Eva and they answered all my questions. I personally never had been through them but my mom had. They kept it simple enough to understand. You pay a small fee now and get what you want now. You pay bi-weekly ( or weekly whatever works for you) and after the term you own your items. This location is big and nice and clean. They have more options then then Marysville store on floor. Stop by and check them out. read more

This place is such garbage. A total joke. I don't know what the employees get paid for they do absolutely nothing. The one that to was "helping" me was lazy as hell and a total liar. No one ever calls you back. It's obvious none of them like their job or even like talking to people because they have terrible attitudes. Fckn a bro. I got a 50 inch tv hear for hella cheap a month. I could never save up enough money to buy one strait up. After my contract is up I'll get a new tv rental from them. That way I can always have the best. Thinking about getting a computer from hear to. My tia has Ben renting furniture from them for years. Sadly, these places take advantage of poor people without credit or inability to pay cash. By the time the item is paid off customers end up paying double and then some. SAD, SAD.....what a way to do business. Never go to this store location. I have had pleasant experiences with other locations but this one is just bad business. The store manager Brian Owen got caught in several lies and when he was called out for overcharging me by over $100, he laughed and said to take him to court. An automatic payment was declined ONCE and they called several times that day while I was at work, even after telling them I'd be in there that afternoon. BE CAREFUL and watch your payments. I had gotten a store receipt for the exact amount with taxes included. I checked with a rep who said there was only one payment left and they still charged for two. I called immediately and they said that all the fees were correct. I went through my bank statements and found that they had charged way more than the contact said they would. They gave several different explanations for the fees and NONE added up. Don't be another fool like me. Avoid this location go to the one in Marysville where hopefully Brain won't be there to scam you and forge legal documents. read more

Brian is a rude manager and when we were at the Marysville rent a center the manager from there called and told Brian that my mom would now transfer but then he got mad and started to the use the F word and was rude. I'm surprised he's still a manager. read more

I will never shop here its stupid. you can rent to own items that you could just save your money and buy it in a regular store cheaper. you can find most of the furniture in a thrift store way cheaper. renting to own furniture is silly and a total waste of money. read more

If you are ok with being screwed over by all means I recommend the Yuba City Rent A Center. Luis is the worst individual to deal with, he never returns your call and when he does answer the phone from you calling the store back several times, he is full of excuses. I understand COVID-19 is making things harder for everyone but this instant just went too far. My new dryer (Not even a year old from there) started making horribly loud noises and stopped heating back in the beginning of October. I just finally got my dryer back from them today December 4th. The delivery guys scrapped the paint off the front of my dryer as they were bringing it in the door. Their response to that was "Oh it's because the power cord got stuck." My cord power cord would not fit in my outlet because for some reason it got changed at the shop while being repaired. Luckily they had a spare cord that was the one for my unit. I put my first load of clothes into the dryer and guess what... Yep you guessed it, that god awful loud noise is still there. It went through its full 60 minute cycle only to have my clothes soaked still. When I called Luis at the Yuba City store, he could care less. His attitude was completely rude. I explained to him that it was heating now but the clothes were still completely soaked. He said "It works, I stood right here while the fixed it, so it works. There is nothing else we can do for you." Let me tell you, I am done with this store and this person. I will never go back again. I have purchased a recliner chair from them that is broken, (never fixed it), a complete California King bed set, the washer and dryer set, and a 65" tv. Everything is paid off except the tv and $200 on the washer dryer set. I told him they can come get the tv because I am done with them. I will not give them anymore money for anything else with this kind of service. I ended up looking up the problem on youtube and I personally took the dryer apart and repaired it myself the same day. All it was, was the fan blade had fallen off so it was not blowing the hot air outside. Simple fix on their part while they had the machine for two months but they didn't care to fix it at all. read more

This business damaged my apartment door, door jam , and wall removing furniture I returned. They do not return emails or phone calls. The damage is their responsibility. They ignore customers complaints and harass you when you rent from them. Pretty sad people like this work in the public. read more

This store is called "Aarons Rent a Center." They are dishonest persons selling junk. I went in there twice with my friend as she was looking at furniture. The two Salesmen we talked to were lying, scam artists. read more
