Fast forward to today and I had to upgrade some home theater components...their crew installed everything, demonstrated how it all worked, came up with a solution to get another TV in an area with no Direct TV box, connected all to the wireless router, put an app on my iPad so I can control all of the new components, and left the house as clean as it was when they arrived. I will confess that I looked at the components on Amazon and, although their prices did not exactly match, they were within $10 and I could get assistance with a phone call if a technical problem cropped up...something that Amazon can't provide.
