Terrible practices. Repairs delayed and avoided before being patched over with the cheapest option, mould and damp throughout the property and ignored for over a year. Worst renting experience we've ever had. Staff were rude, even the workers who eventually turned up had a low opinion of them. Once we left, we had such a hassle with the deposit as they claimed issues they couldn't evidence and refused to budge. Complaints were ignored, and even with our own evidence they refused to acknowledge our experience. Don't rent with these, you'll just end up living in mould. read more
