The transaction manager was last minute on everything and when I asked her to double check the payoff amount on our settlement agreement, she suggested I make the call to my mortgage company myself, even when the payoff was pulled a month earlier by the title company. We have high expectations and have bought/sold many homes. We were sadly disappointed and have had much better service and professionalism with other realtors.
