He also let me know that he could disinfect, and since we hadn't had our carpets cleaned since we moved in (7 years! Yikes!), I went ahead and added that service for a little extra. Total cost was around $170-ish with the disinfecting solution. He did a great job, got up some stains (and lots of cat hair!) that had been there for quite a while. My carpets look fantastic!
