Under no circumstances should you hire Bobby Wilbanks! We paid nearly $400 with a check made out to his female companion, Shauna Dunn. They came to our home in a beat up, dirty car and left after replacing a water valve. It did not fix the problem. After many phone calls, they came back and he broke the water/ice housing. Called about a fridge with cooling and leaking problems and they were able to get out to me within about two hours from when I first called. Bobby was very thorough about examining it for every possible issue and walked me through what had been causing the problems during the repair process, along with letting me know what I'd need to do if I encountered similar problems again.
