DO NOT STAY HERE - AVOID: This place is not suitable to stay in if you would like to use either the…read moreheating or the air conditioning, as the neighbor below will ring your doorbell every morning to complain, even if you abide by an unusual "dont use anything until 10 AM and turn it all off at 10PM". This is an old problem it seems, as the land lord and the neighbor below have problem, and this is being taken out on the unwitting tenants. This is simply not up to par for anyone.
