Hired repipe1 to do my repipe here in Jurupa valley after having my 4th leak this year. Apparently the water quality here in Riverside county is bad and the copper is cheap. Sean came out with his bag of goodies and showed me all the materials that would be installed and even pointed out that my water heater that was installed last year wasn't up to code. After going through his cool show and tell presentation. I decided to hire them for the job. They were a little higher priced than my neighbors guy. But to me quality is more important than price when it comes to a big job like this. This company gives you a lifetime warranty and even covers damages if a leak happens afterwards! These guys are great! Had another leak, 2 in the past 6 months! My plumber told me to give Sean a call, so I did. I was a bit nervous at first because I've been using the same plumber for over 10 years. So when he told me to call another company it caught me off guard to say the least. But very happy that I did! The water here in riverside is really hard and since my house was built in the 50's we've had the normal issues that come with an older home. Repipe1 was great the job was done in one day as Sean promised and then patching was done a few weeks later, due to riversides inspectors. Overall I had a great experience and their pricing was fair. I contacted Repipe1 by phone for an estimate. Jacob came out to our house and explained all of the options and gave us a price, his professionalism sold us on their service. We decided to have them do the re pipe of our house and they came out a week later to do the re-pipe. The two service men, Vazgen and Arsho did a terrific job with the installation. Explaining everything and kept the house clean and protected. When they finished another team came out and did all of the patching, again another great job. We had our house repiped by Repipe 1. The shower spout that was installed had a faulty diverter. I contacted Jenny at Repipe 1 and she gave me the contact information for Moen and told me that once I received a new part she will schedule a plumber to replace it. Today, Saul Ruiz (plumber) came to replace the shower spout. Saul was on time, very friendly and within minutes he was done replacing the shower spout.
