I called the bank and they had flagged the wire because it had the letters SPO. No one told me this until I called. Because the sponsorship was being held with no payment and we were at deadline, I put the payment on our corporate credit card and asked Bank of America to refund the wire. Now it has been two more weeks and no one can give me any details on when I will get the money back. All I do is get sent to phone numbers to be put on hold or I speak to someone and they tell me they can't get the intermediary bank in London to respond. No one can tell me where or when the money will be returned and we are a small business trying to survive in this economic climate and no one at Bank of America shows any interest/care. It is beyond frustrating and troubling. Do not bank here.

My ATM card had just expired this weekend, but no problem, following their ID protocol, the manager had the teller issue me the cash I would have obtained from the machine. I recall another time six years ago when, owing to having had an ankle operation, my mobility was hindered. No problem, the manager asked me to have a seat while he took my identification and brought back my cash with the receipt. Thank You.
