Worst trash collection company ever experienced. In the 2.5 months I've been in their service area, they haven't picked up recycling on scheduled day. No notice that they are unable to meet their contractual agreement, and no notice of when they will pick up, so either you leave the cans out for days, or you are supposed to have them out by 6am the next day and the next and the next, until they get around to picking up. 8/31/22 Today they didn't even pick up all the trash. They apparently reached in, grabbed one bag of trash and left the rest. Pathetic excuse for a trash collection company. I'm 60 years old and have lived in three states and multiple neighborhoods, never have I ever experienced such issues with a trash collection company. read more

My recycling day is Wednesday every other week. They have not been there to pick up on Wednesday the last few months. I call and usually on hold for 45 minutes. The actual trash truck crew is amazing. Recycling and service when we call is horrible. read more

Horrible company. I bought a new coffee table. Broke down the boxes it came with for easy removal and put it in my trash bin. I had bags of trash and set outside next to the bin. The company refused to take the trash set right to the bin as today was bin only removal day. If there's not enough space in my bin, what am I supposed to do??? I live in Clements Ranch and they never pick up recycle on the day they are scheduled. Wednesday is pickup but they have consistently picked up on Thursdays! We are paying for a service that cant deliver. read more

Who would have thought a dump would be total garbage? The old lady running the booth needs some people skills. Swears up and down I am a commercial entity, even tho I gave her my address (including my wife's license), and offered to show my receipts for purchasing roof material for my PERSONAL RESIDENCE. Gives me shit because I have to come in three times. Sorry, I have a normal trailer, not a dump truck. You know, on account of me NOT BEING A BUSINESS. We had a tornado, so I cut down trees, she tells me if I fill a can that I cannot do any more that day and have to leave and come back again. WTF?! Whatever. Last of my stuff this year to dump. My friend borrows my trailer. to get rid of HIS tree cuttings, and they flat out refuse him. Threaten him and tell him to leave. Tell him they will call the cops on him. Where do you get off telling people at a dump that if they dump their trash from their house, that you are going to CALL THE COPS ON THEM?! What is wrong with this place? I was notified that they are no longer picking up trash in my area and will be coming to pick up my dumpster. After picking up the dumpster I was billed for the pickup of the dumpster. I was shocked, this was not my choice and to be billed for the dumpster pickup is just beyond belief. read more
