We went with Republic because they offered recycling services. Unfortunately, about 50% time they failed to pickup recycling. After months of problems, hours on the phone, multiple broken promises for pickups, their insulting offer if $11.50 in bill adjustment, I went back to Granger. Granger service is great though recycling not available in my area. read more

Run from this company. They can break a rubber ball. They make Tru Green seem honest. I use them for lawn waste only. They have picked up on there scheduled day twice out of 14 times. I have to call the call center and if I am lucky they pick up three days later and the cycle starts again. I would cancel but I paid for the year up front. Several times I asked for the manager to call me but they didn't. Once the office manager called but she is not the one I needed. Do your self a favor and never use these guys. read more

The level of customer service is poor and their prices are high. When you stop their service they charge you to take their container away.
