Initially there is a process to get signed up (which I was personally incredibly frustrated by), but once you have an account you just walk in, chose a chair, and enter your account number to begin your session. The session is 10 minutes and goes up and down your entire body by default, however you can customize it to target certain areas. It is very user friendly. While enjoying the massage you can play games or look at a soothing photo, although most people either close their eyes or play on their phone. The room contains 9 chairs with curtains separating them. It is nice to have privacy, however it is near impossible to talk to a gym partner during the massage with the curtain and the sound of the massage. The room is quite beautiful and even has a sitting area for afterwards with surprisingly soft chairs. The massage itself is an amazing post workout treat. I leave so refreshed! I highly recommend Chill as an add on to your gym experience. It's low price point makes it an accessible and convenient massage option, and the overall experience can't be beat!

I would've liked a bit more of an authentic marocan vibe. Got there at 10.03 am and the paperwork took about 10-12 Minutes. Then locker room for changing another maybe 10 minutes. We started at 10:30 am with what was supposed to be an hour massage . Only got a 45 minutes massage. The therapist was great but asked way too many questions. The room was on cold and had a fan blowing as well. After the massage , we went straight to scrub/ sauna area. Different therapist. She was very nice and did her best to make us feel comfortable. The first room was a wet room with 2 stone "beds" . Even though they used warm water at times , the room was cold and it made the whole experience a bit unpleasant . The sauna part was probably the best one. After the scrub/sauna part was over we got 20 minutes in the tea room. We were served fruits, 3 rally small but delicious cookies and watered down mint tea. The cookies were really great but maybe they should serve a few extra ones. They also had some mini size American chocolates. It's a nice touch but maybe some marocan candy would work better. The last step was a 90 min anti aging facial. The tech was good but nothing to be blown away by. As far as the cost, we paid $900 for 2 people, plus $240 tip for the therapists. The place was scattered with signs that suggested leaving a generous tip. Even the bathrooms had at least 2 signs. It felt a bit exaggerated and as I stated on the beginning, commercial. I don't mind spending the money for an authentic experience and unfortunately this place didn't hit the mark. They sell a specific line of cosmetics and we got suggestions of what to buy from the therapists. Again, the amount of signs and pamphlets suggesting a purchase, was again a bit much. It was an ok experience but unfortunately I would not go back. I will keep searching for a place that offers a more authentic experience.

The space was beautiful and very clean, the team was kind and knowledgeable and it never felt clinical or awkward (which I was also nervous about!). I went in for colon hydrotherapy but ended up adding a cold plunge and infrared sauna and left feeling like a new person.
