Ibis budget... Honestly if it wasn't for the staff I would have given this place two stars. The…read moreshower is extremely low water flow coming straight out of the center of the celling. No shampoo, no conditioner, no lotion only a small bar of soap. No bidet, no phone to talk to the receptionist. There are only two plugs in the bedroom so for my mom who has a medical device there is nothing near enough the bed she can use. Breakfast isn't included but it is near the mall. Maybe if I was in my teens... But traveling with my senior mother and being in my mid 30s there it would be unlikely that I would to chose to come back here. The staff though was absolutely amazing! They were helpful, provided solution's to my mom's concerns and helped us get through the night. I'm super impressed with the inperson customer service. We did end up switching rooms to a handicap room since my mom needed a plug near the bed.
Pros Brasileiros. Na boa so dei nota alto proquem o pessoal daqui foi maravilhoso com minha mãe e ajudou muito em da solução para minha mae que estava infeliz com a escolha de hotel. O hotel ta bem localizado do lado do shopping mais alem disso tem certas coisas que faltam. Cafe da manha, shampoo, toalhinhas de mao para se lava ja que nao tem bidget nem esquisho no quarto. As tomadas todas sao de 220 entao precisa de um converto que pode pegar emprestado duas horas. Não acho ibis budget ideal para quem precisa usar machina medica para dormir ja que os plugs são longe da cama a nao ser que voce fique no quarto de handicap.
