Both "hard product" and "soft product" need to be brought into more contemporary standards. Towels are as thin as paper. Linens and mattresses are of low quality. Buffets for lunch and breakfast are edible but not appetizing. They get a lot of conference business given proximity to convention center, but be mindful that you cannot even walk easily to the convention hall, so what's the point of staying next door? There are much better properties in neighboring Brooklin at a similar price point. If you have to take transit to the conference hall anyway, why not stay there?
