These people are crooks…read more In 2019 I called to INQUIRE about my insurance breast pump benefits. I gave the owner my information, and we discussed that my coverage was only up to $300 and I could get a breast pump on Amazon for $299. He said that his pump would be more expensive, something like $400, but he would look into it for me and see if there is anything he could do. He never responded to me after multiple phone calls and emails. Months later I bought a breast pump on Amazon, and submitted it to my insurance. The claim was denied. Why? Because apparently this company has already claimed they sent me a breast pump...which they never contacted me about and I never received. I never had even gave them my shipping address!! Since this, I've been dealing with one insurance issue after another related to this breast pump claim. Most expensive and infuriating 5 minute phone conversations of my life. These people are criminals who commit insurance fraud. Do not contact them as they will steal your info, submit a claim without your consent, and never send you a breast pump.
