Shows up on his own time but asks to be paid before work is done. Sloppy craftsmanship. Rarely returned calls. Left rubble underneath the house when he told me he cleaned it all up (had to replace floor joists). Had to get his guy helping put in tile to come back and fix many jagged edge pieces after it was grouted. Eventually I got to the point where I stopped asking him to come back and I smoothed all the drywall out myself and re-mudded a few areas. I was not intrusive in any manner but wanted to make sure I had a decent bathroom that would pass inspection.

Pay Attention Flooring and Renovation were professional and fast. They very carefully demoed some…read moretile that was laid incorrectly (was ungrouted at the time) and then replaced it. There was no damage to the tiles that made them unusable. In places where there was a slight chip, we ended up using that specific tile for one of the cut pieces. They were soooo easy to work with and endured my being particular about the arrangement of the tile. They also installed crown molding and molding around my counter top (they even further stabilized it in a way I didn't know it needed for no charge). All of this was done for a very reasonable price and as I mentioned, swiftly. From demo to finishing touches, it took less than 3 days worth of work. I'd highly recommend them and if I have tile work in the future, they'll be the first I reach out to.

Never hearing anyone who would address you as Mrs and your last name any more. He would thank me for the business everytime he talks to you. Anyway, they put in high end vinyl flank floor in all the downstairs floor except the bedroom because they have carpets. His workers were also very courteous. First they had to fix the half-ass job the builder did on the cement floors before they were able to put the vinyl floors down, (because when we bought the house it was a spec home), which delayed their work. Once the job was done, if anything need to be corrected AJ would make sure his workers came back to correct the problem or he would do it himself. We like his company so much that we decided to have him put new carpet in our master bedroom and closet. His company was cheaper than another company we interview, and no he did not cut corners. He does not make you pay a down payment before the job is started. You pay him after the work is completed. When we get ready to put carpet in our other rooms we will differently call him back.

We spoke to the owner Mercedes and she promised that it'll never happen again. Both times she was paid her service fee. She stole our linen, and wouldn't bring them back until she was threatened with having the authorities involved. Dirty towels were left in plain sight. Dirty microwave, and uncleaned refrigerator from previous guests still visible. Beds looked as if a child made them. She promised us upon hiring her she was very honest, turns out she's not at all. We even met with her husband on one occasion to insure us that things would be better. Her employee stole paper towels and bathroom tissue from the home we have video proof. Another occasion they had 3 kids running around in the home while the employee was supposed to be cleaning. Turns out it was her sister and the owner kids. I wouldn't recommend or hire her or her company.
