I took it to Firestone and Walmart they wouldn't touch it because someone had already tried to repair it . I called ARNOLD and told him he needs to hold his employe responsible for this tire that now can't be fixed now. if hi employees can't fix the service they are offering they shouldn't have the option of offering it. if you are offering a service that clearly you can't provide. it's a waste of the customer time and in my case money. because I had to spend 200$ on a new tire

Not only did Mr.Lee take the time out of his day to call me back and leave a voicemail, he also gave me a time of when he could be at my home to help! We were in search of something a little quicker (outside of his area) so we told him maybe we can call him back if we decided we needed his services. Well, Mr.Lee ended up calling us back! He had a reference to someone who was closer to our location who could help us in a quicker time! His reference "Juan" was on time, extremely helpful did everything in a timely fashion! We had an appliance that we purchased with our pickup truck get stuck in our backyard on a wet day.
