Before I left home I made the mistake of getting a Mystic Tan through a Solar 51 package I've been trying to use up for 2 years, but my nearest Solar 51 in Clinton has been out of solutons for 2 or 3 months now; even when they had it, their towels had more holes than cloth. At the Ridgeland store, the sensors on the door either don't work or they close when you don't want them to. Say anything to the staff and they either can't do anything about it or they tell you you just don't know how to do it, even if you've been coming for years. There's a reason the sign on their wall says they don't give refunds.

Best spur of the moment decision I've made in a while. The place is clean and decorated fairly decent unlike some of the more stark salons around. The people who worked in there were really nice. Not only did my nails look great, but they were done fairly quickly which is always important to me. Not only that but I had broken one of them a few days after I had them done. Probably at work or something so I stopped in to get it fixed. I totally prepared to pay but the guy did it for free. That really tells me that they care about the people who come in there and want them back. I can tell you they won my business and I'll always recommend them to others.

They do not make you wait forever, and they stay focused on getting the job done. They also just got new chairs and decorations, and it's beautiful! The woman who did it said it was supposed to look that way and completely brushed off the fact that i looked awful. I asked another employee and the manager actually had me rinse it off and she redid it. It looked fine then. The manager was good but the employee was terrible.

This is my first time going to the salon. The place looks like a house, so it could be easily…read moremissed. I went to get a pedicure. The place is clean on the inside and staff is super friendly. It was a nice personal experience. You actually get to go into your own room with the pedicure set up. The instruments were clean. My nail polish did not turn out well only because of the color I chose. The nail technician was super nice and did her best to make sure I was happy. I should have picked a better color. I would go back because I had a wonderful experience.
