We got the 1 King Bed with Sofabed suite, my family and I really enjoyed it. Secondly, the staff were very accommodating during our stay, in addition, the breakfast was great too! So, my reasoning for giving this review a 3 star rating is because of a couple things. First off, the most major thing was the pool. I wanna start by saying the pool claims to be "heated" but it's really not, it's ice cold upon entering and even staying in the pool for awhile it starts to feel like 45 minute old bath water and you never really get fully adjusted to the water. If you want an actual heated pool where it's warm/hot the second you go in, I suggest the Days inn & Suites Moncton. Anyways, that wasn't my biggest concern about the pool. My biggest was concern was how this hotel doesn't offer a dedicated hour for adults only. Such as, since the pool closes at 11 I feel it would make sense to have at least 1-2 hours for adults only in the pool, (9-11 or 10-11) especially given the size of it. The pool is only 4ft deep max and I'd say it's like 30ft x 15ft in length/width. We went into the pool last night at around 9pm assuming it would just be us or maybe a couple adults. But no, not 5 minutes of being there annoying, bratty, mistakes (children) showed up with their irresponsible failures of parents. When they showed up they were breaking pretty much every pool rule, especially the one about no running. They would jump in the pool one after another and splash us, we basically had to stay tucked into a corner the entire we were in there. (Parents were useless, they said nothing.) Multiple other adult couples showed up and each one of them left because of the children. So, my point here is there NEEDS to be an adult only hour(s) 1-2 hours prior to the pool closing otherwise it's just a waste to even go in the pool because it's ruined and no fun constantly getting splashed, hearing ear piercing echoing screams constantly. Another issue we had was the next morning we had a different set of mistakes (children) across the hall screaming up a storm, running up and down the halls for nearly an hour at 7am. Final issue was that the toilets at least in our room anyways, needs to be replaced, they take at least 5-7 minutes to refill the tank and if you try to flush it before then (even holding down the handle) it does nothing. So, yeah, that was my experience this time around. I do see myself returning to this hotel in the future because the rooms, staff and breakfast are nice. But count me out of the pool if the rules are gonna stay the way they are. I would normally stay at the Days inn, but they were fully booked for this weekend. Btw, they have adult only pool hours and as I mentioned above a heated pool that's actually heated, so yeah. That's that. Choose wisely when searching for hotels :))

The hot items offered were scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, baked beans (what? They were delicious!) and there was one of those pancake warmers that I didn't check out. For fruit they offered apples, bananas, oranges and kiwis (!). There was a variety of little pastries - tried the scone and it was sweeter than expected, yummy. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Several hotels lost loyal customers in us all that night, places we each said, "oh I know, let's call the (insert hotel chain name), I'm sure they'll be able to give us a reasonable rate." These places would rather leave a room empty and make $0 or completely scam us with a ridiculous high rate - there was no in between. Cue the Four Points and their night manager, Harvey, who not only was incredibly friendly answering the phone and hearing about our plight but took less than 10 seconds to tell us he would be happy to help us out. We got a super reasonable rate, nothing extreme (that was never our ask!) but certainly didn't leave us feeling gouged, and shared some laughs with us upon checkin. I'm telling you, when you're traveling in a city far from home and find yourself in a jam, it's people like Harvey that can make or break you. He made our night - THANK YOU, HARVEY (and Francis at the front desk)! First, let me say that I'm somewhat of a germophobe so I don't like hotel carpet...the floor in this hotel was beautiful! Wood floors throughout! The service was also outstanding. Christine checked us in and when we mentioned we were on our honeymoon, she was able to upgrade our room! She also made several recommendations for dinner and was just so helpful! Everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. I'd like to also mention Emilie who was taking care of the breakfast area and stopped what she was doing to take our tray when she saw that we were finished. Overall, an amazing experience! The staff were very helpful on checkin and always about the hotel with a smile. The room I had was a king room which has ample space for one or even two people. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a bath in it, which some Hampton's in England don't always have. The room was clean and tidy and the work area was of a good standard. The free wifi runs throughout the hotel and was good considering it was free. It's not the fastest but it was quick enough for my needs. They do advertise that they have a premium service but unless you need to download films or the like I'm not sure you need it. The hotel seemed very popular with families on vacation as there were many families with young children there during my stay. I would say they have a daily turn over as those families I spoke with said it was a convenient stop over on the way to somewhere or on the way home. They have a pool with a water slide which was very popular with those families, they also have a small gym with some CV equipment and free weights. The only negatives I have about the hotel are the breakfast, it's very repetitive and limited in choice. The actual breakfast area is too small for the number of people using it. There is no resturant or bar area. They do (according to the sigh) have a lounge area a few evenings a week where you can get a 'night cap'. Because of these things I can only go to 3 stars. I would recommend it if you are only in for a night or two any longer than that and you may struggle. It is conveniently located by the high way which is a positive and no more than 20 minutes from Moncton airport.

We were first greeted by a parking lot that made Alderaan look like a salt flat. After checking in, we discovered the bellhop cart we had just loaded with luggage was completely useless because our room was on the second floor -- and there's no elevator. So we repacked the car and drove roughly 500 metres across what can only be described as the surface of the moon to another entrance, featuring a door that has almost certainly claimed a few fingers over the years. Unfortunately, that prediction turned out to be accurate. During our stay, the door slammed shut on the hand of a little girl in our party with enough force that she required surgery and seven stitches. After climbing a staircase scented with powdered carpet cleaner and decorated with what appeared to be a rat bait trap from the 1990s, we finally arrived at our room. At first glance, it looked fairly standard: two queen beds, a TV, a mini fridge, a motion sensor hanging halfway off the wall, dirty floors, mattresses that felt sourced from the Salvation Army, and an air conditioner that sounded like it stopped being manufactured shortly before Y2K. Impressively, the mini fridge was somehow even louder. To the hotel's credit, after checking thoroughly, we did not find any bed bugs. This luxury establishment also advertises a pool. Although I'm not sure "pool" is the correct term when you can't actually see the bottom. On our second morning, we learned that housekeeping only happens if specifically requested, which makes sense considering I'm fairly certain they only employ one housekeeper for the entire building. The room keys also demagnetize if they so much as make eye contact with a cellphone, and the front desk handed out replacement keys without asking for any proof that I was actually staying in the room I claimed was mine. Overall, this stay felt less like a hotel experience and more like a live demonstration of what happens when maintenance, staffing, and basic standards are treated as optional expenses.

We have had issues our last two stays and Management did nothing or even reply. I contacted corporate (Wyndham) and they assured me they would pass along our concerns and have the Hotel management reach out, both times with no result or contact. On our most recent stay, Feb 26 - Feb 29, 2026, we were poisoned by excessive hot tub chemicals that were applied by maintenance staff that had no clue what they were doing. They dumped excessive amounts of chemicals in every day without topping up the tub with water. After being in the tub for 10min we noticed that our eyes were burning and that we were having trouble breathing. There were 3 other guests experiencing the same issues. We decided to immediately get out as the breathing issue was severe. We suffered from this chemical poisoning for 3.5 days before recovery, which was mentioned to Wyndham Corporate. To top it all off, our last 2 stays, we were rudely interrupted from sleeping in by the front desk calling and knocking on the door starting at 10:20am. They wanted us checked out, but we are Wyndham Platinum members and had pre approved late checkout. The front desk Lady was very rude and argued with me and demanded that I go to the front desk to show her the email where the pre approval was sent. Honestly, the customer service across the street at the Quality Inn is a million times superior in every way. After this stay and terrible/non existent customer service, I doubt we will be back to The Days Inn Moncton. Instead we will go to The Quality Inn.

We'd stayed at a Holiday Inn when we'd been in Moncton the first time around, so we decided to at least try a different location and ended up at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dieppe Airport location. After checking in, we went downstairs to go swimming in the mineral pool. We could hear the wind howling outside, so it was quite a novel experience to be playing in the warm pool while the tropical storm raged outside. We went back to our room and got showered, warmed up our pizza, and were just casually watching TV when the power clicked off. It went off briefly at first, but around 7 PM, it went off and didn't come back on. We read our iPads for a while, then went to bed around 9. The power did finally come back on around 9:30. We did inquire at the front desk about another Holiday Inn in the area. The receptionist tried calling, but nobody answered, so we assumed they were out of power as well. Throughout our stay, there was noise outside of the room in the hallway that was a bit of a disturbance.
