Hard to find with no gps and never having been here before. Better signage on the C1 would be good. Secured gate out front. They show you to your condo. Grounds are well maintained and staff walks them very regularly. Nice pool with a view of the ocean. Bathrooms available near pool. Private beach with chairs available. Ocean isn't walk friendly so wear water shoes if you plan on getting in for any length of time. Lots of large rocks to step on or bang in to. Lots of rentals so you never know who your neighbors will be. Sometimes friendly and respectful and sometimes loud and obnoxious with no care for anyone but themselves. The hotel is being refurbished so they work looooong hours. Hotel next door loves to blare loud music outside which really takes away from the quiet relaxation of your lanai.
