Absolutely vile behaviour! I would not want my worst enemy to have to deal with this vicious nasty vile woman!
Not only was arranging an appointment with the awkward woman a nightmare so much so that I was only able to book at the end of the voucher during the week because she was fully booked, good sign I thought but was so wrong!
On the day of the appointment I'm already half way there when she calls to cancel as her employee had just called in sick, I asked for a new appointment but was told she could only do week days, I advised I've already taken a days holiday for this one surely she can make an appointment for me on a Saturday but she refused then hung up.
I called back and she said the phone cut out I must be on the train, I was on the bus so don't believe that, again I asked for a new appointment this time she just said no get a refund from Groupon and hung up again.
I called Groupon to ask what was needed to get a refund and they advised the merchant would need to email me to confirm it was her that cancelled as I was now nearly there I went in to visit her which didn't go down well and she look infuriated I'd dare to go there.
The receptionist asked us to use an office to discuss the issue as not to upset other clients, I started to record her as I could tell she was not happy and I found her to be quite rude. I apologised that her staff member had been taken unwell but again asked for a suitable appointment but was met with quite unbelievable behavior and told I am not her client and she does not want me as a customer because she would have to touch me and she does not want to have to touch me, this was not something I ever expected to hear from a so called professional !
So I asked her to email me cancelling the appointment and gave her my email address, she disappeared off for about 20 minutes giving me time to call Groupon and explain the whole situation who are now investigating the matter as gross misconduct but she never sent the email and didn't come back to see me.
I never got to experience the treatments so can not comment if she is a good therapist or not but her customer service and people skills are shocking and on that alone I would advise never using this salon unless she takes some etiquette lessons!
And to top it all off she's so pathetic she can't take criticism and deletes bad reviews, how is that allowed?! At least have the guts to let people have their say without wiping it off when you see it! If someone is unhappy then it is for a reason!
