Bauer Roofing is a well oiled machine. They are tight like band that's been playing together for years. Making an appointment at noon on Friday to the initial consultation happening that same Friday afternoon same day to the choices of materials and wide array of services offered. They have all the top names and best quality products. You can't go wrong. They have access to a great finance program that beats the others. Pricing is competitive, all staff are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable and the end result for us was much better than I ever thought was achievable. Aaron Lott, the owner, responded to me right away. He gave me a day and time that he would come to give me an estimate. Unlike most of the contractors I have dealt with, he showed up exactly on time. He took his measurements and told me he would get back to me the next day. As promised I received his estimate, and his price was more than competitive. I gave him the go ahead and he returned 2 days later with the materials. He finished the job in less than a day. He has a good crew that did an excellent job. He and his crew were very professional, polite, and friendly. They finished on time and made sure that they cleaned up everything. Even their cleanup was amazing - 29 squares of shingles removed and installed and I only found 1 roofing nail after they left (down in an expansion joint in the driveway)! The interior repair/painting crew made all of the ceilings look absolutely new again - even the 2 with "popcorn" texture. Would I use LA Roofing again? Absolutely!
