Wish there was a zero stars option. I did not sign the contract that they failed to tell me there was when I started service. As soon as I got the email to sign I cancelled my service right away which was January 2026. they have since still been trying to draft from my account and saying sorry that it won't happen again yet it has happened again this month with the payment showing for march payment as if I still have service with them. We've had Resound Internet for about a year and a half, and we've had constant problems with their service. From the very beginning, it's been one issue after another. When Resound first became available in our area, I was one of their biggest supporters. I was excited to have a new option and even referred four people to them. Unfortunately, after everything we've been through, I won't be referring anyone else. The first installer asked to use our restroom, then stopped up our toilet and nearly flooded the bathroom. A month later, they came back out to replace the router, and that technician also asked to use the restroom -- which I found pretty unprofessional. I have worked in home health and have been in many homes, and I've never once asked to use a client's restroom. For a short while, the service worked fine, but then the pole outside bent, and they had to replace everything from the outside in. The new technician didn't secure the pole correctly, so by the next morning it had turned completely in the wrong direction. He came back out and fixed it that day, which I appreciated -- but within a couple of weeks, the router had to be replaced again. In just the past month, we've had three service calls because of equipment issues, and as I write this, I am without internet service again. Overall, Resound has been unreliable and frustrating to deal with. I really wanted to support them and see them succeed, but after all of this, I can't and won't recommend them. read more

It works when it wants to work, experienced an outage on 1/21/2026 due to radio at tower going out. Was told 3 separate times it had been replaced and operational and in fact was not. Was called at 2:30 on 1/30/2026 informed again it was fixed. When called back to discuss with Kathy at 3 she was gone for the day and my internet is still down. I run my business off the internet and lost numerous sales due to the outage. Still not showing signal from tower to radio, receiving zero signal to my radio On 1/31/2026. If you need dependable service I would look elsewhere. for the price we pay it should be raining super fast downloads speeds but more like a sprinkle. read more

Contract can't end soon enough. The service was decent for the first few weeks and since then it has been horrible. Constantly lagging, and disconnecting. Takes hours for them to get service restored and almost 24 hours to get a sufficient connection. Save your money and frustration and just avoid. read more

If I could leave zero. I would. DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS INTERNET! They reeled me in stating the tower was a stones throw from my backyard. My internet is out ALL THE TIME!! They can NEVER do anything about it. I pay MORE per month for this slower/nonexistent internet than I did with Orbitals lowest plan they have, which was a bit slow at times...but still always worked! I can not even count how many times I have had to stop a project because of this internet going out so often. Had a recruiter reach out to me from this company. We exchanged a few emails and spoke on the phone regarding details of the sales account executive role. There was a date and time inked for a phone interview and the day came and passed without a call or even a simple email explaining why the call didn't take place. The following day the recruiter sent an email acting like she hadn't been able to reach me and told me to call her number, which by the way rings 5 times and has a generic voice mail greetings. I just started service less than 2 weeks ago and I'm now on my 2nd day of not having it. Every time I have called in to find out an estimated day/time it's different stories. I have a year contract and they won't let me out of it ! Not worth this hassle at all . read more

I live in very rural south Texas and Resound internet is amazing. I have had no trouble with them at all. their customer service is A+ and when I have had an outGe due to storms they are extremely quick to respond and get the problem fixed very quickl. Carlos is the technician assigned to my area extremely friendly and knowledgeable and fixes the problem very quickly. I would highly recommend Resound you won't be sorry. read more

Sales started by not informing elderly customer that a path to installatio site needed to be cl;eared and how big of a path. If it was not for a remarkable driver/installer we would not be writing this review. That said, the installation went well. Later that afternoon, we noticed our emails bouncing. It appears the assigned IP address is blocked for spam!. I used IPVanish which reassigns IP's and email get thru. I was told by resound that it was my webmail server's fault, my webmail server said it was resounds' fault and resound "said" they changed my IP address but I could not tell the difference and email did not work until I changed the IP with IPVanish... They are coming to get their junk off my property as I refuse to get scammed for an upgrade to restore my email that their scammy service caused to fail read more

Resound networks used to be the best internet provider in the Lubbock of area. Key in on the used to be. Their service used to have local people they used. They tried to excel to provide. They have begin to make so much money that they don't need their local people, we now get people from other countries and even other states. I have been with Resound since I started out and the I had a local representative I had her cell phone number to call her with any issues. It was Mom and Pop or at least it seemed that way because I could do face-to-face. I got local phone calls I could get to or two and they existed in pampa Texas. Now there is no tear to in the local area. Yes for tier two you get someone somewhere else hopefully in the US. Their company has grown so much they've made so much money off of us that they don't care about us little guys anymore. read more

Service is spotty, goes out at least once a week. Twice today. Call back feature doesn't seem to work. Technical support tap dances for half an hour before they give up and claim that a crew is working on the tower, again. They should station a crew on the tower as they are constantly working(?) on it. The single worst internet provider I've ever encountered. Would not recommend Resound to anyone. The only constant is the bill, and it better be paid on time or they will show you how fast they cut your service. The disconnect is the ONLY high-speed service that they can offer. read more

quite possibly some of the worst internet I have ever had, the only reason that I have it is because it is the "best" of the three options in my area. If you have any sort of options available to you DO NOT use Resound, you will save yourself the headache of slow speeds and slower customer service. I currently am getting 1Mbps which is close to the service I got in Afghanistan, a freaking 3 world country. read more

A few months back our internet wasn't the greatest but wasn't bad, but then come to find out resound buys out the company we were with then all of a sudden our service takes a serious dive down. We pay around 150 for 100 mbps and we don't even get 5 most the time. Once in a blue we'll get 8, but that still doesn't make up for the problems we constantly have, with it constantly cutting out. And don't get me started on how they shut us down a week to around 2 weeks before our bill is even due. This company is ridiculous, and I severely recommend you go somewhere else for your services!!! read more

We have had their service for 4 months and we have never gotten the advertised speed. When you call for tech support its usually a 30 minute call of silence while they pretend to do something about it, and call backs never happen. Oh and don't forget you are under contract so they can charge you 200 bucks for canceling even though they cant give you what you they advertised. read more

internet is very unreliable, goes down at least once a week for several hours usually at night. very unstable Wi-Fi, was paying for 100 mbp when max I was getting was 50. switched to the 50 and the instability is even worse. i will switch internet services shortly read more
