As a Medical Office consumer of Respitech services and products, I can say that since the ownership changed supplies are frequently on back order. This was NEVER a regular problem prior to change of ownership. The sales reps, technical support, biomedical support are excellent. Again, the new management has increased annual contract prices. The contract is necessary for larger DME purchases. Great support for the money. Yes, I would still recommend this company for DME needs and consumable equipment. Just expect higher premiums. read more

Got a CPAP from them in the winter. Very good sleep study and service. In mid-summer I got a call to come down for more supplies. "Your insurance covers you to get these supplies" DIRECT QUOTE. i COME DOWN AND THEY LOAD ME UP. I sign the receipt. A few weeks later I get a call, your insurance was rejected. I send her the new insurance card. Then I get the bill for almost $ 300. I call up..."I didn't ask for these supplies, you called ME up" Answer, you signed to pay for them if the company doesn't pay. tried to reason or negotiate. NOPE. Ok, well, I'll send them the check. But YOU beware of dealing with them. read more

I've been going to Respitech in Lancaster for over 5 years now. I couldn't get a day off for a sleep study so they arranged for someone to come in on a holiday when they were closed. My CPAP is old and has some problems but they maintenance for me and if they need to keep I get a loner. As for paying for supplies? If your deductable is met your insurance pays..if not..you pay. I had to switch 2 years ago because they didn't take the insurance my company had and I had to go somewhere else..it was okay but not Respitech. They now take my insurance and all my records were transferred back to them. read more

Have been out of a cpap machine for months because they won't fix it. There "expert technician" couldn't find anything wrong. I looked it over and the connector where power supply goes in is busted. They now are giving me run around. Almost wrecked my car other day falling asleep. DO NOT GO HERE. Find another place. Horrible service. read more

RUDE and refusing to bill my insurance! I recently got a c-pap and was using it regularly until I got a sinus infection. Couldn't breath though nose so of course no cpap for a few days. Then bronchitis. Ever try to cough while a machine is blowing in your nose? No thanks. Began using it once the cough resolved. Used it about 15 days in a 30 day period, and they are refusing to bill my insurance for those two months. I called my insurance they said they would pay, but respitech is refusing to even bill them! Instead they are billing me. Also, prior to this, they called to collect my balance after insurance, I gave them CC number, charge went through. Then they called two weeks later to collect again, cited an additional balance, so I gave CC again. Then they called AGAIN citing a balance- they didn't put the second charge through before losing info. Don't give CC over phone to them, they are sloppy with it. read more
