Sheetz is a gas-station and convenience-store chain that has hundreds of locations across several…read morestates. This particular Sheetz in Grove City, PA is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. It sells gasolines, packaged snacks and beverages, and made-to-order foods. It also has a few Tesla charging stations, an ATM, and wi-fi. My husband and I drove here to purchase premium gasoline for our vehicle. The gasoline pump worked correctly, and the price for the gasoline was average. We experienced no problems. We did not go inside the convenience store.

No Pennsylvania road trip is complete unless you make a Sheetz run during that trip. After walking…read moreall over the outlets, and before heading to our next destination, we had to make the stop. I will say this about this location, to get her from the outlets can be a bit confusing. If you do not pay attention to the exit from the outlets you will find yourself going the wrong way. As you pass by this location you will be overcome with wanted to pull a u-turn, but you won't be able to do that until after you have gone pass the highway interchange. It can be confusing to all that watch you do this too. Rather larger store, quite nice to browse about. Facilities were clean and usable. Selection of products were plenty. This felt more like a truck stop than a regular stop along the highway. MTOs were available but I was only here for the facilities and to grab a quick drink before moving onto our next destination. I will say, the updated look the stores are moving to are nice and welcoming. Allowing for more people to dine in.

This is an older-style Hampton property, but it is clean, has large, spacious rooms and is well managed and maintained. This hotel has an Indoor heated pool with a hot tub, a fitness center with a good blend of older and newer cardio equipment, free weights, and features a Peloton that anyone can use with the hotel's account or their own account with a free account. My room was a large King suite with plenty of floor space, a refrigerator, coffee station, a separate sink and additional storage space. The wifi is a bit slow for my liking, but I was able to surf, check emails and do other general tasks. There is a premium Wi-Fi offer for higher-tiered members or for a daily fee. Breakfast is buffet-style with a choice of hot and cold offerings as well as cereals, breads, eggs, oatmeal, fresh fruit and other items. Overall, a problem-free stay in a well-maintained property close to highways, gas stations, restaurants, schools and an outlet mall.

Why I can't give this 5 stars..... you will have a Red Hot Moment. No matter how low you set the thermostat, (we had the lowest) the air only ran 1 time at night. It's August guys. I can't imagine how warm July would have been. I finally woke up sweating and did donuts in the middle of the room trying to set off the sensors. It worked and at 3am we finally got air. The ac did not kick back on till 8am. The other setback are the thin ceilings. Think 5 year old running around at 6am on your ceiling.
