He came alone, and my 26 year old son had to help him get the mattress up to my apartment, to the third floor. I mentioned that I lived on the third floor, when purchasing the mattress, but EJ never told the child this information. He showed up two and half hours later, almost 9 pm with my mattress!! Stating that he got lost the first time; that he had to pull over the second time because, the mattress got lose from the rope. I will never do business with them again!!

The kid was resourceful and respectful but he should be in College at his young age and maybe he is but Mattress Firm certainly doesn't deserve Smith.
