This restaurant is by far the worst we visited. Six people had lunch, 2 had spaghetti Bolognese which had no flavor and the serving was about 10 ounces total, both guests were still hungry after. 1 ordered chicken with dumpling and red cabbage, the chicken must have been heated up, left-over, over cooked, and dry. When we complained, the waitress took it to the kitchen and brought it back, responding the cook said she only tried the dry part and that was how it should be. Manager called to the table and yelled at us, saying we were wrong it is "Best restaurant in Karlovy Vary". How rude. The rest of the food at the table wasn't very good either. We went into this russian restaurant for late lunch. A waiter greeted us very politely and showed us a nice place to sit. The steak an rabbit we had were truely delicious! A very nice familiar atmosphere and a polite chef, who even brought us some beer on the house, added up to a good impression. The only thing that was a little of was the decoration, which lacked a little bit of detail. Prices were also a little high, although the quality of the food was superb. read more
