Or so we thought. The menu when we went was centered around asparagus, so I got a plate of asparagus and pasta with chicken and asparagus. While the food was actually quite good, it took them over 2.5 hours for everyone in our group to get our food which was just waaaay too long. It might have been because they were short staffed that night? I only saw one chef in the kitchen. The pasta was actually quite good--the pasta tasted like it could have been house made at some point. The food is amazing. The menu is short and sweet, so there's something for everyone. I really want to mention how great the wines are, and that you can choose kosher food too. The beer was by the bottle(no draught! but they have Pilsener Urquell(arguably the best in Czech) and a great wine selection. The most amazing thing was that the bill was under $20 before tip!

Possibly the worst hotel I've been to since I was too poor to complain. Let's start with the hotel…read moregenerally which is sparse, uninspired, uncharming and parsimonious in its decor and accoutrements. Next, add the fact that the hotel boasts its rooftop pool but when you go to partake, the receptionist at the wellness center is indifferent and then for good measure comes to inform you after a half hour that the pool is shutting down in an hour and that you have to leave ... apparently for some VIP visit. Then day two. There were only two towels for two people two hand towels and no wash cloths to begin with. So we had to use one handtowel for a wash cloth which we left in the very small shower. Maid service came and the shower was not cleaned nor did they remove the handtowel on the shower floor. Not one single towel was replaced. In sum, stay somewhere else where maybe the charm will compensate for the utter lack of civility and standards.
