Sitting in a kind of an armchair it is hard to pick a dish as they all sound amazing. I went for a shrimp tartare that made me speechless. A slight taste of fish, perfect temperature and consistency that was served with fresh avocado. The beef carpaccio scored high. I just wish they had more open wines and I would have stayed the entire night.
