I think adding veggies and lemons to the couscous would add some flavor. The chicken stew with olives, lemons and veggies was delightful. Nice to have authentic ethnic options in quaint Colmar. Great service!

Ich habe am 19.09. mit meinem Lebensgefährten unser 6 Jähriges im Pulvertürmle gefeiert. Unser Tisch im Kaminzimmer war liebevoll mit einem Kerzenleuchter gedeckt und das Service Personal war sehr bemüht. Wir beide waren total begeistert von dem von uns gewählten 4-Gänge Überraschungsmenü, ganz großes Lob an die Küche, es war sowas von lecker! Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener, sehr schöner Abend in einem sehr geschmackvollen Ambiente. Gerne kommen wir wieder!! read more

Wir hatten einen tollen Abend im Pulvertürmle. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Das Ambiente war angenehm und das Essen eine Wucht. Das Drei-Gänge-Überraschungsmenü ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es war sehr üppig, abwechslungsreich, liebevoll angerichtet und mir hat alles (!) sehr gut geschmeckt.
