While on Vacation we found this lovely Restaurant "El Greco"…read more We went there on a Monday and where lucky that they where open since they it is there usual day that is closed. We where greeted very friendly and seated promptly. The decorations where nice and festive for the Christmas season. We got a free Ouzo after being seated that was a nice gesture. We ordered: Sternquell Pils and Atlantis red wine: The wine was very good. Akropolis- Platte for 2 people: Gyros, 2 Lamb chops, 2 Suwlaki, 2 pork steaks, Greek Noodles, Garlic potato's, Tsatziki and 2 side salads. We opted for one regular salad and one Kraut salad. They even decorated the plates individually was nice. Everything was very good and flavorful I would recommend this "Platte" since you can try everything, the Tsatziki was amazing my favorite. The Meats and potato's where yummy. We ordered a side or rice to try as well. After asking for some spice we where given grilled Peperoni they where great rounded out our amazing meal. The Restaurant is very nice the food Amazing, the service wonderful and the location is perfect there is plenty parking outside of the Passage. When in the area again this will be our go to Greek!!

Garlic and more garlic…read more My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kinder) embarked on this Greek restaurant. The atmosphere is quite nice. Not a lot of people here on a Saturday night at 830pm. They have a full menu and bar. They gave us ouzo and kids ouzo (7up w a taste of syrup) to greet us. We had a glass of wine and beer. My husband ordered a schwarz bier but received something light. I had a glass of Chardonnay. They did not have milk for the kids. We ordered from the kids menu. It had 6 options and they chose the fish sticks with pommes which they liked. We had the garlic bread with tomato. It was really good but with a lot of garlic. I had the gyro special. It came with pommes with yogurt . The gyro mixture was good but was strong garlic. Hubby had the pork medallions with garlic... They came with potato disks. He liked it a lot. They gave us closing drinks and lollipops for the kids. Very nice. Service was great and fast! Recommend. Boys still wanted 5 stars even though they didn't have milk. 50euros.
