My wife, my son and I went to the Brüdermühle to have dinner. My wife ordered the Schnitzel, I had the Krustenbraten, our son (a toddler) had bits of our dishes. The portions were very small, which is not a problem per se. My meat was a bit too dry, my wife's Schnitzel was clearly a commercial precooked product. The taste left a lot to be desired. We had abdominal pain during the night. The service was slow and forgetful even though the place was nearly empty. read more

Met up with a local from Bamberg who brought us to this cool place. We visited in the nighttime for…read moredrinks and conversation. The window was open to the street letting in cool air and people watching. The upstairs place was chic and had a nice vibe to it. Bavaria is known for beer, but you should try something different when you come here. And you should come here if you are spending a few days in Bamberg.

Allgemein Sehr, sehr gutes, fränkisches Essen. Wir waren überrascht, wie genußvoll das Essen serviert wurde. Es schmeckte auch genauso gut wie es aussah. Nicht ganz billig, aber dafür inclusive eine gemütliche Atmosphäre direkt am Wasser, mit romantischem Blick auf das alte Rathaus. Sehr zu empfehlen Bedienung Die Bedienung war schnell und freundlich. Hatte auch einen Tip für diesen Abend. Das Essen Sehr, sehr gutes, fränkisches Essen. Wir waren überrascht, wie genußvoll das Essen serviert wurde. Es schmeckte auch genauso gut wie es aussah. Wir haben Sanderfilet und Wildsteak gegessen. Lecker! Das Ambiente Echt fränkisch eingerichet, sehr gemütlich auf mehreren Etagen.
