Upon arrival to restaurant - we were greeted by a woman with a infant in her arms - managing the flow of folks coming into the restaurant. We were seated outside and left to sit for quite a while without any service. Once we ordered - the wines that were on the wine list were not available - only a house brand they were pushing. We were then told that they are closing for the season in 2 days as if this should excuse them for no wines. Dinner took way too long to arrive and the woman with the infant was in the kitchen and the staff was greatly distracted by this. I needed to use the restroom and there was no toilet paper or paper towels at all. As a female this is totally unacceptable - as you can imagine. Once the food arrived, the octopus was barely edible - as it was very rubbery. The ravioli that my partner had was good. This restaurant was ill-equipped to handle a customers at all - clearly focused on their seasonal closure vs. the customer. I will never return. read more
