To make matters worse, the manager became irate when we complained about the fish and the wine and spoke to us as if we were bothering her. Even the supposed "tourist restaurants" had better food and service than this place. They ruined our holiday celebration and they'll ruin yours too. Will never go back.

To get an excellent beef dinner this is the place in Weimar. The food is delicious, the portions are large and the service is efficient and friendly. Also, the price is right. If an "American" style dinner, after all you are in eastern Germany, is what you want, this is the place. I eat here a lot and recommend it highly.
