At least half the staff speaks English so they can cater to expats, but most of the clientele are locals from Liberec. The burgers and ribs are huge, so you won't be hungry (or you can take half home for lunch the next day). Wing Wednesdays are a great deal, where you can mix different the different flavors - BBQ, Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan or Mango-Habenero - for 5kc each. There are also some good Mexican-inspired items on the menu - quesadillas or nachos. I also love that the lunch menu always offers at least one vegetarian choice every day - a nice touch from a burger joint. My favorite time of year there is Thanksgiving, in November, when they offer a traditional meal of soup, salad, turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, pie and cheesecake. Bez Konceptu makes incredible lattes and cappuccinos topped with beautiful artwork, iced coffees and teas with fresh mint or fruit in the summer, and recently added chai lattes to the menu, which I missed dearly from home. The cheesecakes and sandwiches are fantastic (the triangle with egg, cheese and special sauce is one of the best hangover cures I've found!) and they are all homemade daily. On top of all this, they are the friendliest staff imaginable, always greeting you with a smile even when every table is full and there is a line out the door. Most speak fantastic English and of course Czech, making it a favorite for both expats and locals.
