The buffet is located in the middle of the restaurant, big groups are set in the back room, and small groups are in the front. I got the Saftig gegrilltes Spanferkel (juicy suckling pig) and Sächsischer Sauerbraten (Saxony Saurbraten - like a slow cooked beef). Both dishes came with a specified cabbage side, and potato ball. The juicy pig was definitely the better of the two and included slices of the crispy skin, and fatty insides. In the end, there was too much food for us to finish.
