We had a brunch reservation for 10 people (father's day) at 11:30. They claim to serve brunch until…read more15:00! After a good wait of at least 20mins we were able to place our orders. After a quite tedious placement of orders she realized that four orders of pancakes could not be done as they had run out of pancakes...can happen should not! Their special softdrinks (2 of them) were also not available...starting to see a pattern? As my grandson got hungry 45 mins later...still no food... i asked if he could at least have a croissant...you guessed it: NO croissants left! So i asked for at least a piece of Zopf... i guess you can guess the response....The food (some of it ) came about an hour after ordering. MY dish was just plain forgotten, the sunny side eggs, two orders, came 30 mins after the hash browns, when my meal was delivered the pita bread was not, etc., etc, total chaos! I did ask for the duty manager and his main excuse was that another table had eaten all of the pancakes, croissants & Zopf...total incompetence in person with no regards for clients or how to manage/train staff. It's a beautiful restaurant a great location...but that's not enough...I'm done with that amount of bungling!
