They said they have to room to accommodate us as a party of several people will show up at 7pm. That's two hours time. They need to work on their speed and prioritize. When they offer one table more often in one night, they make more profit. Must be a new concept to them as most people rarely stay out longer than 90 minutes for dinner. Must be a German thing.

Ich lasse selten ein Stück Fleisch auf meinem Teller übrig, aber hier gingen ca. 50% aller Steaks zurück. Preis Im üblichen Rahmen, jedoch für das zähe Stück Fleisch deutlich zu teuer. Fazit: Ein nettes Restaurant, das seinem eigenen Anspruch leider nicht entspricht. Zumindest bei den Steaksorten sollte man also eher auf argentisches o.ä. ausweichen.
