The service is buffet style but they also offer a menu of ala carte dishes. We chose the buffet. They had a few decent Chinese and Thai dishes. However, the Mongolian grill and the 'sushi' were absolute abysmal and unauthentic. While I understand the concept of a Mongolian grill is to 'choose your own ingredients and have the chef fry it up', this could prove disastrous if you pair the wrong food with the wrong sauce, which you can't even taste beforehand. Sure, trail and error goes a long way when experimenting cooking with food but I was too hungry to tolerate that. The ingredients were not good quality and the sauces were either bland or too sweet. It resembled nothing of the good quality Mongolian restaurants I used to visit in the U.S. and Japan. As for the 'sushi', well, being a native of Okinawa, Japan, I should have known not to eat the sushi at any buffet. I always set myself up for disappointment when I do. I'm open-minded to try new things and fushion foods but seriously, don't tweak the sushi rice and use cheap imitation crab. Although the ambience, interior, and atmosphere was somewhat pleasant, I'm giving this restaurant a one. The quality of the food is too low. I will not make a second trip.

Asia Khan is different in that much of the buffet food appears to be actually cooked by the restaurant and not just reheated packaged food. That's not to say it is as good as freshly cooked, but pretty darn good. The standout is the Mongolian grill offering. If you're not familiar: You pick you meat and vegetables, then let them stir-fry it for you. One unique thing is that one of the meats is kangaroo meat; it is very lean and tender. One thing missing here are the plethora of sauces/marinades that you find at traditional Mongolian places, but you can cobble something together all the same. The food was cooked very well and actually allowed to brown. As a bonus, they include ice cream as well. When you take into account the price (under 8 Euros during the week for lunch), you're talking about a HUGE bargain. If you like Chinese food and don't mind the step-down associated with buffets, then this is highly recommended.

The place itself looks real nice, deco, tables and even plates have that asian style. Buffet is pretty big and lots of options, including the hibachi grill. All the food was fresh and tasted awesome. Their hibachi chef is on point, all the meat was cooked perfectly and not crazy overcooked like most places. The desert bar is also pretty large and also have a choco fountain. This has taken over as our new to go Chinese buffet!
