Bei seiner Arbeit verzichtet Ronny Marzin konsequent auf Convenience-Produkte, denn die Natur ist immer noch der beste Geschmacksverstärker. Ronny Marzin im Juli 1984 im Sächsischen Freital geboren, hatte sich 2010 in Oberkirch mit seinem Feinkostatelier selbstständig gemacht. In seinem kleinen Laden konnte er sich recht schnell zu einer festen Kulinarischen Adresse etablieren. They have excellent flammkuchen here which I find a "sleeper item" to be done so well at a place where one wouldn't really expect it on the menu. They make their own beers and typically have the usual varieties on tap. On the day we visited they were down to only 2 varieties of beer and the service was average at best, so it lost a start this time.
