If they will be more consistent with the quality of their output I'd gladly change the review and give it 4 stars.

On top of the regular tomato sauce, it is also covered in white truffle cream that tastes like alfredo. The Nordica is good too, topped with salmon, spinach, and goat cheese. I recommend going for lunch 11am-2pm because all the pizzas are 45dkk then. (For example, the La Tradizonale pizza is 82dkk after 2pm). There is a 10% student discount for regular-priced items though, that can't be applied to the lunch prices. Even so, if you are getting pizza, going for lunch is the best value!

The website says that Host is the Danish word for harvest, and that their focus is "on the Scandinavian kitchen with lots of surprises." The staff used the word "surprises" explicitly, using it to describe the amuse-bouches and palette-cleansing bites served between the advertised courses. We started with a flight of croquettes with cheese and I think my wife and daughter had something like a smoked fish hash of some sort while by I had a delightful bite of salad on a molded sweet cookie tart shell. I don't blame the staff, they were definitely working across a lot, but after visiting two of this restaurant group's establishment, I could tell the owners of this restaurant systemically overwork their staff.
