They were training new waiters so there were a few minor hiccups immediately corrected by the trainer. The menu offers variety including vegetarian options. I had the specials of the day. Duck confit with veggies and the raspberry tartlet for dessert. Aside from the relative toughness of the crust, the tartlet was heavenly. Homemade I am sure. Well done ! The confit was good and the veggies (broccoli and peas) were perfectly cooked and seasoned with herbs. That's a place that should attract the locals. If not, the locals are stupid ! Wine tasting events, as the owner is planning on hosting, would be perfectly at home here !
