The potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside and whatever the sauce was that topped them was delicious. Wish I went back and had them again! So we opted to have it with cheese and the cheese was very interesting, very tangy and liquidy so it was optimal to eat it in one bite, but the cheese was so rich.
