The Madhura has the incredible benefit of being one of the closest restaurants to CERN. That's its primary benefit, but, together with certainly acceptable food, that's enough to both keep them in business, as well as earn 3 stars from me.
I wouldn't go above 3 stars though, because the food, while certainly tasty, isn't particularly special, I've had much better indian food both in Switzerland and in the states. Additionally the prices, even by Geneva standards are a bit much for what you get.
Still all told, a great place to get curry, naan, tandoori and the like, especially if you are staying at the hostel at CERN and tiring of the food in the evenings in restos 1 and 2. I went about once a week whenever I was there.
As I recall they aren't open on Sundays and possibly Mondays, however it's been a while since I've been, so if you are there, check with them for current hours, and update them on Yelp! read more
