This time I had the pumpkin soup for a starter and the veal fillet for my main. The soup was good, very tasty. The veal was also very good, well cooked - still a bit red. The veal came with some tempura veggies that were excellently cooked, a nice crispy batter and excellent taste. I had a beer with dinner, but they have a nice selection of wine as well. They had a small selection of deserts. I tried a few And they were all very nice. It's a very nice restaurant and it was all very tasty, but for the price I expect a bit more.

Olivier Flota one of the owners seated and waited on our table. It was the combination of excellent service and fabulous food that made our choice easy when planning dinner for our second night in Basel. Olivier and and his gracious wife have a hidden jewel in Basel and I am sad that we are to far away for an encore. Bravo Olivier!

The menu offers fish, meat, and vegetarian options. You can also have wine pairing with your meal. Great atmosphere and personable staff. A good venue to host a gathering or a business lunch/dinner. If you let the establishment staff know ahead of time your preferences insofar as menu or setup for your group they are good at accommodating.
