It is very expensive, though. Portions are small and even basic dishes are higher priced here than many other restaurants. However the quality, service and view is superb. It was freezing outside so this drink certainly helped. The dinner menu was pretty big. I wasn't sure with what to get it what some things were so I just went with my first choice. I got the veal with veggies and potatoes. I'm not sure how exactly to explain how the veal tasted because I've had veal many times but this one was exceptional ! I highly suggest trying the veal.

We spent lunch time in amazing rustic Lauenensee restaurant with it's wonderful view on green relaxing landscape and mountains. Well! We ate typical Swiss mountain dishes such as "croûte au fromage" means on bread baked cheese with an fried egg. For dessert we enjoyed fresh fruit cakes with fresh cream. The waitress was very friendly. We travelled back with a special panoramic train and loved the view on mountains and at the end on big Geneva lake. The prices were on average and we decided to do more of this kind of trips in the future^^
