Great place...location, service, atmosphere and FOOD!!!…read more Yelp map leads you to the wrong place...is located in Hotel Seehof; near Untersee.

Bit weird I know and it's not like I can just fly over there for food... (unfortunately!) When I was living in Switzerland this place was an all time favourite. I've had a lot of Mexican throughout my life time (yet to go to Mexico...) and this place by far has the best Mexican I've tasted to date. Hands down. I literally lived out of this restaurant whenever we were on a ski holiday... helped it was right next/ in the hotel we were staying. The food is great - always of a high standard no matter when you go and the staff are really helpful and friendly. It's an intimate restaurant and parts had fairly dim lighting (from when I was last there and that was a while ago) but it made for a nice atmosphere especially when the weather is incredibly cold outside. They welcome kids and go above and beyond their expected call of duty by offering colouring books, pencils etc. They're really just so lovely. Arosa is very well known for its "children friendly slopes." There are a lot of families that go there over Winter break/ during ski season. They have a very well organised skischule for all levels (even adults). The instructors are really nice and not necessarily from Switzerland but they speak fluent Haute Deutsch as often English as well. It's a great place to go skiing. Arosa is smaller than some with most slopes being of average difficulty but the atmosphere is lovely. There are quite a few nice restaurants around for such a small town. It's also easy to access if you don't have a car - you can get to Arosa by train and then either walk around or catch the free shuttle bus (if you've got a ski pass, otherwise I think you have to pay). If you're heading to Arosa to hit up the slopes, make sure you pop into the Cuculouche for dinner one time!!! It won't disappoint :) !

As I walked in I was almost immediately greeted by one of the waiters, the service was overall good, as an example we were only waiting for 01:16:63 minutes to get the check which is excellent in my opinion. Although it has to be said that we were the only ones at the restaurant at the moment we went in. I did go with the Fajita with pineapple slices and pork. The food itself was marvelous, eventhough I must ad that it was classical fingerfood, to which the common folk may tend to, but the exquisite cleric may not be satisfied with, furthermore we must ask ourselves if a individual which is to be identified with these traits shall even visit such a tavern in the first place. The Ambience is atmospheric and has a original mexican touch to which the mexican sound in the background plays along, well formidable I'd say at the very least. The glases are original and round the whole thing up - bloody brilliant as my friend from Britain would say. A blemish of the restaurant is the obvious overpricing of the meals and drinks. CHF 50.- for 1 liter margherita is just over the top in my self-effacing opinion, and CHF 34.50 for the above mentioned Fajita + 3dl ice tea is off the charts aswell. Nonetheless overall the ambience and the food definetely overweighs the overpricing which give the "Tres Amigos" a good total rating from Myself in total.
